Do you offer gift certificates?
What if the item(s) I want is sold out?
We produce limited quantities of our products to reduce excess. If an item sells out and there is enough demand, we may decide to do an additional run. We will post restock updates on our Instagram so check back soon.
Can I place an order via telephone?
We do not take orders over the phone at this time.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax outside of California.
Do you process exchanges?
We do not support a direct exchange – please return the item you want to exchange and place a new order. Refer to the RETURNS section for instructions on how to return your garment.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been confirmed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change part or all of an order (size, color, etc.) once the order has been confirmed.
How do I find the status of my order?
If you log in to your account and view the item you would like to track it will show you a tracking link. We ship goods the same day they are received with a cut-off time of 5PM EST. There is also a link to the tracking number/service in the confirmation email once your goods have been shipped out.
Are there any stores that carry your products so I can try them on?
Our garments are only sold online. Please refer to our SIZING GRADIENT to check for proper sizing before making your purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover) and Paypal.
How do I care for my garments?
You can find the washing instructions on the care tag inside of each garment. If there is no tag available the product page on the website will provide the proper care instructions.
If I damage a garment by cleaning it incorrectly can I still return it?
We cannot accept returns for damaged garments. However, if a garment was damaged in transit please contact us and we’ll see what we can do depending on the circumstances.
